I am not a fan of the Kardashians but Kim’s post was brilliant! Trump wants to protect us from the two deaths by spending millions of dollars and creating untold conflict and anguish. And yet, he ignores the 11,767 deaths (unless they are in Chicago) because of the support he receives from the National Rifle Association (NRA).
Trump is planning $54billion in military spending and $20billion (likely much more) for a border wall and who knows how much in immigration and visa vetting to protect us against a relatively small danger. The real danger and threats to our safety and security comes from other Americans and their guns.
Who do you think are the real beneficiaries of this spending (hint defense contractors, builders like Trump, etc.)?
Imagine what could be done with all of this wasted money to help the poor!
All of Trump’s talk of providing jobs is ignored when he defunds the EPA, etc. Causing job losses and threats to our environment and safety of our families for generations to come. Again, who benefits from deregulation? Certainly not you—yes, big business again.
